How to request deletion: Email

Delete Account Request from the email address linked to your Muvtrak account.
1. What to include
To help us process your request quickly, include the following in your email:
- The email address used for your Muvtrak account
- Your name, if you have one set on the account
- A short statement confirming that you want your account deleted
2. What will be deleted
Once your request is verified and processed, we will delete the personal data associated with your account, including:
- Your account profile information
- Your properties and inspection records
- Photos and signed reports stored with your account
- Team membership records connected to your account
3. What may be retained
We may retain limited records where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, billing, or compliance purposes. We may also retain anonymised analytics that no longer identifies you personally.
4. Processing timeline
We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days.
